Valiant Named Boeing Supplier of the Year in Non-Production Category

Valiant Machine & Tool Inc., a global supplier of innovative solutions for the automotive,
aerospace, construction and forestry industries, has been recognized as Supplier of the Year in the
Non-Production/Shared Services Group category by The Boeing Company. Valiant was one of 11
companies honoured last night for its commitment to superior performance and customer satisfaction.
The 2007 Suppliers of the Year were selected from a pool of 250 Boeing Performance
Excellence Award winners. These companies – a select group among Boeing worldwide suppliers –
hold 2007 Boeing Performance Excellence Awards for achieving silver or gold levels of performance,
based on quality and delivery metrics over a 12-month period.

Valiant provides a wide range of services – from advanced engineering and 3D modeling and simulation to fabrication, machining and assembly of automated production systems, special machines
and tooling. Valiant provides Boeing with large, complex-design build projects, tooling, and capital
equipment for production and spare parts for programs including 737, 747, 767, 777, and 787. Valiant
builds on the experience of its engineering team, colocated with project managers and design
engineers, giving the team interactive knowledge of manufacturing and design. “Valiant employees
